- 以 £1 預訂：把該項目加入購物車，以 £1 下單作預訂訂金。
- 揀選「替代選項」：商品頁設有必選的「替代選項」。如採購當日無貨或質素未如理想，請選擇你接受的替代海鮮（可選多項），或選擇「取消」。我們會按你的選擇處理。
- 我們到市場求鮮緣：星期六到市場為你尋找該款海鮮。
- 查看訂單電郵：訂單電郵會顯示該海鮮有貨或無貨。
- 求到了！訂單會補回正價，差額可於收貨時以現金或轉賬補上。
- 求不到？按你在「替代選項」的選擇：改為替代海鮮，或取消訂單，£1 原銀奉還！

為什麼只收 £1？
這類海鮮即使預訂了，到星期六在市場也可能買不到。若要預先付足全款，落空時會很不方便，所以只收 £1 作預訂，避免你預付全款後落空。

每個「£1 求鮮緣」項目的貼文或商品說明，都會清楚列出該海鮮的正價，請在預訂前先查看。
我怎樣知道有沒有貨？
訂單電郵會顯示該海鮮有貨或無貨。
求到貨之後，差額怎樣付？
收貨時補回差額，現金或銀行轉賬均可。
求不到貨會怎樣？
我們會按你在「替代選項」的選擇處理：改為你接受的替代海鮮，或取消訂單，£1 全數退回，你不需要負擔任何費用。
可以享有免運費嗎？
可以。免運費門檻為訂單滿 £40，以訂單完成（求到貨並補回正價）後的最終金額計算。補回正價後，若訂單總額滿 £40，即享免運費。如結帳時已顯示運費，我們會在改單時為你除去。
每次都一定求到嗎？
海鮮貨源視乎當日市場供應，我們會盡力尋找，但不能保證每次都有貨。找不到時，會按你在「替代選項」的選擇處理。

£1 Fresh Fate (求鮮緣): pre-order hard-to-find seafood for just £1. Some seafood, such as razor clams and white eel, is only confirmed at the market on Saturday, so even a paid pre-order can end up with no stock. A £1 pre-order avoids paying in full for something we may not find.

- We look for it at the market on Saturday.
- Your order email shows whether the item is in stock.
- Found it? We top your order up to the full price. Pay the difference on delivery, by cash or bank transfer.
- Couldn’t find it? We follow your choice: an accepted substitute, or a cancellation with your £1 refunded in full.
Good to know: Availability depends on the market, so we can’t guarantee every item. Free delivery applies when your final order total, after topping up to the full price, reaches £40. If a delivery fee shows at checkout, we will remove it when we amend your order.
